BACKGROUND

Landworld Realty Services was established on February 1997 spearheaded by Mr.Wong Chen Fu and Mr.Francis Goh Fah Shun. From a humble beginning, with a manpower of only two persons, it has now grown to a strength of ten well experience personnel.

1987 – 1988 : “Maintenance Management Approach in Commercial Building of Sabah” in which 2 case study was done on Wisma MUIS and Gaya Centre. The research was done to examine and compare the approach used in maintenance management and the effectiveness and efficiency of the system used.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCES :

Wong Chen Fui has 14 years of experiences in dealing with estate agency, project marketing, auction, property management and project management. Being the principal of Landworld Realty Services, he personally heads the Landed Properties Department and has concluded in sale or lease for more than hundred of landed properties around Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
